Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of anchofy.com and the Anchofy application (the "Service"), operated by Anchofy ("Anchofy", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Anchofy helps coaches keep clients on track between sessions through automated check-ins, progress tracking, at-risk alerts, and AI-generated recaps. Features may change or improve over time.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing & trials

  • Anchofy is offered on subscription plans (e.g., Solo, Pro, Studio) and one-time products (e.g., Founder Setup).
  • Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Your purchase is also subject to Dodo's applicable terms.
  • Paid plans auto-renew each billing cycle until cancelled.
  • Free trials (where offered) convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting your renewals.

4. Your data and your clients

  • You control your clients' data. You represent that you have the right and any necessary consent to add your clients to Anchofy, store their information, and contact them (by email and, where enabled, other channels).
  • You will not add contacts who have not agreed to be contacted, and you will comply with applicable anti-spam and privacy laws.
  • Anchofy acts as a processor of your client data on your instructions (see the Privacy Policy).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam/communication laws.
  • Attempt to breach security, reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted (e.g., an approved white-label/agreement).

6. Intellectual property

Anchofy and all related software, design, and content are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of the content and data you input ("Your Content"). You grant us the rights needed to host and process Your Content to provide the Service.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (e.g., Supabase, Resend, Dodo Payments, AI providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply.

8. Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee any specific results, including any particular level of client retention, engagement, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
  • We do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional coaching advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anchofy and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anchofy harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, your clients' data, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may cancel anytime (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for legal/security reasons.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
