Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for Anchofy (anchofy.com), operated by Anchofy. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, and their policies may also apply.

1. Free trial

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate Anchofy before paying. You will not be charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

2. Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel anytime from your account's Billing page (or by emailing us).
  • When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period, and it will not renew after that. You keep access until then.
  • We do not charge cancellation fees.

3. Refunds — subscriptions

  • Monthly plans: payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid month, but we do not refund the current month. (We offer a free trial precisely so you can decide before paying.)
  • Annual plans: you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial annual purchase. After 14 days, annual fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel to stop future renewals.

4. Refunds — Founder Setup ($999 one-time, done-for-you)

  • If you have not yet had your setup started, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Once setup work has begun, the fee is non-refundable, as it covers dedicated hands-on work.

5. Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law. Where the law requires a refund, we will honor it.

6. How to request a refund

Email founder@anchofy.com from your account email with your name and reason. We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Dodo Payments and may take several business days to appear.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're happy to help and usually resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
